All Levels Muay Thai

The Muay Thai workout  will help increase agility, speed, cardiovascular endurance, and strength. It is also has the added benefits of improved self-defense and stress relief.  Muay Thai is referred to as "The Art of the Eight Limbs”, as the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used extensively in this art.  “Thai pads” were engineered specifically for the purpose of training to use these eight points of contact.  We use these pads for a minimum of 3 three minute rounds in every class, so that you can get the pro training experience.

This class is offered on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 6:30pm and on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm &7:30pm.
