All Levels Boxing

This class focuses on the fundamentals of Western style boxing.  We teach proper footwork and boxing technique through various offensive and defensive drills.  The class consists of warm ups, partner drills, focus mitt training, and bag work.  The hour concludes with calisthenics.  You will feel the burn with our intense series of push-ups, sit-ups and various other body weight exercises.

This class is offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30pm and on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm
